(4)Facilities for the storage of spare engines, propellers, etc. and the spare parts thereof;
(4)-2 Emergency equipment and facilities for the storage thereof;
(4)-3 Facilities for maintenance control;
(5)Facilities for operational control;
(6)Ground service equipment;
(7)The number of flight operations officers;
(8)The number of airmen, as classified according to qualifications;
(9)In addition to the facilities specified under each of the preceding subparagraphs, any tacilities which the Minister of Transport deems necessary to be inspected, in order to ascertain that the applicant is able to perform the requisite duties in accordance with his business program.
(Application for Approval of Operations Manual and Maintenance Manual)
Article 213. Any person who will make an application for approval for the establishment or alteration of the operations manual or maintenance manual under the provisions of Article 104 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for Approval for Establishment (Alteration)of Operations Manual or an Application for Approval for Establishment (Alteration)of Maintenance Manual, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Details of operations manual or maintenance manual to be established or altered (in the case of alteration, showing a comparison of the present and proposed manuals);
(3)In the case of an application for approval of alteration, the reasons necessitating said alteration.
